The views below are my own thoughts from my experience of the service which I received today (09-11-2009).

Rude, rude, rude. We arranged for a bouquet to be made for our wedding three weeks prior to the date. On the morning I went to collect the flowers they looked utterly rubbish.

Sadly I had to take these as some flowers are better in my mind than no flowers. For anyone else in this same predicament there is a much better florist in the area (close to the registry office in Maidenhead) called Branching Out. They provided a much larger bouquet for a little extra, but it was so much better and looked much nicer with a far greater standard of care and attention paid.

When we complained about the condition, not asking for a refund but just wanted a simple 'sorry', the owner turned rude and insulting. Don't waste your time or money here. Avoid this so-called-florist at all costs, you're probably better off with something from a petrol station.
