After a nice evening watching in a audience we were heading through Paddington Station and stopped at the Burger King restaurant for a quick meal. We ordered a Angus burger with no sauce and a bacon double xl. The service was a bit pushy and we emphasised how we wanted the meal simply as we did not have time on our hands.

From previous experience I like to check how the food is prepared before leaving and jumping on a train to find out that the meal is rubbish. So my wife handed me the bag, with a notice that the burger is in the bottom of the bag. Little did I know that this meant all components for the burger were in the bottom of the bag outside of the box.

For this reason, the burger king in Paddington Station is getting placed in the bad service category. I will also update this page with the response from their customer service team.
